Atrium has been entrusted with managing four new buildings in the prestigious Belgrade Waterfront development. The buildings, BW Aurora, BW Arcadia, BW Aqua, and BW Verde, span approximately 140,000 square meters and house nearly 1,000 residential units.

Our comprehensive management services for these properties include Facility Management, Technical Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Concierge Service, Security, Landscape Maintenance, Pest Control, and Winter Service.

Atrium appoints new Head of Cleaning Services

Atrium promotes Zarko Knezevic as Head of Cleaning Services as of December 3, 2021. The company took this step in order to support long-term growth targets and its focus on providing quality services.

Zarko has proven his commitment to the company’s positive development, being previously responsible for the cleaning services at BW Galerija, Serbia’s largest shopping center. In his new role, Zarko will be responsible for Atrium’s cleaning, gardening and winter service operation at our entire property portfolio, which consists of office, residential, retail, hotel and industrial properties.
