REIWAG Facility Services GmbH announces the successful and complete acquisition of Atrium Facility Management in Serbia.

By taking over 100% of the company’s shares, the REIWAG Group is consistently pursuing its strategic growth course in Southeast Europe. The group is currently represented on the Serbian market through two strong companies: REIWAG and Atrium.

Atrium is a well-established facility management company in Serbia specializing in the management, maintenance, and operation of commercial and private real estate.

Atrium manages a total of about 3,000 apartments, in 19 residential buildings, in renowned projects such as Belgrade Waterfront and VOK.

The company is characterized by its deep market knowledge and high service standards in the region.

In order to optimally pool the expertise and resources in the future, the complete merger of the two companies is planned in the medium term.

The Serbian market has established itself as a central growth market in facility management. In a first transition phase, REIWAG and Atrium will remain independent brands and operate on the market to ensure complete and professional support for existing customer portfolios.

Earth Hour is an annual global event that encourages individuals, communities, and businesses to turn off their lights for one hour as a symbolic gesture to raise awareness of climate change and the need to protect our planet. This year, Earth Hour will take place on March 25th from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm local time.

We encourage our tenants and clients to join us in this effort by turning off non-essential lights during Earth Hour. We also recommend that they take this opportunity to reflect on their own energy consumption and look for ways to reduce their carbon footprint.

Our company will provide the entire property and facility management services to the owners of BW Terraces. Concierge services, cleaning, security, technical maintenance, gardening and snow removal are also part of the multi-year management agreement. 

With a proven track record of managing large-scale residential condominiums, Atrium will also self-perform the management of the owner’s assembly and the operation of the resident’s spa and gym. The building will be handed over to its residents in late December 2021.
