Atrium has been entrusted with managing four new buildings in the prestigious Belgrade Waterfront development. The buildings, BW Aurora, BW Arcadia, BW Aqua, and BW Verde, span approximately 140,000 square meters and house nearly 1,000 residential units.

Our comprehensive management services for these properties include Facility Management, Technical Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Concierge Service, Security, Landscape Maintenance, Pest Control, and Winter Service.

Just like in the past, Atrium Property Services organized a New Year’s celebration for the residents of the BW residential buildings under its management. The festivities kicked off with a lively and engaging performance, followed by Santa Claus’s arrival, bearing gifts for the little ones. Spring is in the air, and Easter is right around the corner! At Atrium Property Services, we believe that holidays are a time for celebration and creating lasting memories. Fun Easter Hunt at Belgrade Waterfront

Holidays are always special. We at Atrium Property Services are making them even more memorable by organizing seasonal events on these days.

On Monday, 25th April 2022, we are organizing a traditional Easter egg hunt exclusively for our residents at Belgrade Waterfront. The hunt will be followed by “the strongest egg” contest with an chocolate egg reward for the winner and rounding up the program with a coloring workshop.

The Easter Bunny, who will be in charge for the fun part, just confirmed his attendance.

While the youngest residents can enjoy all their activities, parents are invited for drinks and snacks and share their experience of living in this community.
